I am running this in australia and the deskzilla appears to have troubles with the date format used by bugzill here.
For instance an additional comment has the following timestamp in bugzilla

2005-11-23 14:26 AEST

Deskzilla reports 1970-01-01 10:00 instead.

Hello,

Thanks for letting us know, the problem is confirmed. ( http://bugs.deskzilla.com/show_bug.cgi?id=189 )
We'll have a fix in Deskzilla 1.1, coming soon.

To make 100% sure we count in every possible option, could you please post here a sample of xml description of a bug that your Bugzilla gives? To get it, open http://your.bugzilla/xml.cgi?id=any_valid_bug_id in a browser. I'm interested in <creation_ts>, <delta_ts>, and <bug_when> tags.

Best regards,
Igor
