we are depending somewhat heavily on the use of Flags in Bugzilla, to schedule Bugs for specific releases etc.

So, a new feature request would be:
Add support for Bugzilla Flags in Deskzilla. This would include

• being offered the correct set of flags for a specific product when creating a new Bug
  
• being able to query for Flags and their values (which could be implemented even nicer than it is in the current Bugzilla interface)
  
• customizable display of columns for each flag in bug lists (this is something that Bugzilla can not do out of the box right now)

Thanks for your request and the detailed description! I count this as a vote for http://bugs.deskzilla.com/show_bug.cgi?id=161 . After the release of 1.1 we'll see when this could be implemented.
