Hi guys,
when I enter a new bug, I see only users in the cc list, who I entered manually in the "Assigned to:" field.
It would be very nice, to see the members of the Productgroup or all registred users.

What version of Deskzilla are you using?

Deskzilla should list all users it knows about. Whether it knows about a particular user or not depends on whether your Bugzilla has "usemenuforusers" parameter turned on (making bug pages display a drop-down with the list of users), and whether this user was ever mentioned in a bug that was downloaded or created by you.

thanks a lot for your information! I'm using the latest version from April this year.
I turned on the "usemenuforusers" option, and I have the complete list of the users in my DeskZilla!
