Hello Everybody,

Tonight we are happy to announce the release of Deskzilla 1.1, a minor release with many new features. Most of them were available through our EAP program so they must not come as a surprise. The most important new features are: Tabbed Search Results, Live Distribution, Filtered Navigation Tree, Workflow Actions, Bug Table Export. You can read about them in the Release Notes.

We'll now have a little rest and celebrate holidays (all the time that is left from supporting our users), and it is a good moment to discuss further development and features yet to come. We already have a good backlog of features in our public database, so the real question is what to implement first. Perhaps you would like to cast in your vote for a feature -- feel free to do so. If you are an owner of a commercial license, one of your benefits is priority issue resolution -- you're welcome to drop us an e-mail to support@deskzilla.com and tell which features you need most so they get a severity boost.
