Hello there...

I don't see a way to do a query on the contents of the Bugzilla comments. We are using special keyword-like terms, it would be great if we could create queries for that.

Currently, the only way to look for these terms is the Quick Search tool, is this correct?

You're right. We have two issues in plans that would help you: adding "search in comments" constraint to query builder ( http://bugs.deskzilla.com/show_bug.cgi?id=201 ) and and "narrowed quick search" ( http://bugs.deskzilla.com/show_bug.cgi?id=202 ). Thanks for your question!
