Full Version: Postgres and Deskzilla: Can not find attribute PRODUCT

Hi,
I'm using Deskzilla EAP build 1564 together with bugzilla 2.20.

Everything works fine as long as I use bugzilla with database MySQL. If I switch to PostgresSQL Deskzilla fails to initialize a new connection and fails also on "Download Changes" using a previously initialized connection (using MySQL and than switched to postgres).

The Error reporting of Deskzilla is:
----------------------------------------

Can not find attribute PRODUCT

The problem description field contains:
-------------------------------------------------------------

Cannot load data from the query page - attribute Product is missing.
This may be caused by heavy Bugzilla customization, by accessing unsupported version of Bugzilla, or by coming to a wrong page.

Details: http://myserver/bugzilla/query.cgi

--------------------------------------------------------------

It is a standard installation of bugzilla no customization at all.
The problem occurs on Windows and Linux.

Is this a known issue?
Do you know a workaround for this?

Any suggestion?

Thanks for your help.

Best
Heiko

Hi Heiko,

Could you please run Deskzilla in debugging mode and send us log files? The instructions can be found here: http://kb.deskzilla.com/wiki/Running_Deskz..._Debugging_Mode

After you start Deskzilla in debugging mode and reproduce the problem, please stop Deskzilla, zip all files that are in "log" directory in Deskzilla home dir and send them to support at deskzilla.com.

I apologize for this problem and appreciate your assistance in resolving it.
Thanks!

Best regards,
Igor
