The ability to view attachments, via hyperlinks or some other means, would be highly desirable.

At least have a clear indicator other then the comment history, that an attachment exists for a particular issue. Then we could launch bugzilla via the button if we needed to see the attachment.

But I am sure that all users would agree, without attachment support, Deskzilla is slightly crippled from practical usage.

Sure, it is hard to argue.

We do use Deskzilla for our project, and I guess we got slightly accustomed to launching Bugzilla via F9 key when we need to attach something or get the file.

Indeed, support for attachments is one of our top stories.

I can only second this request... We use the attachments a lot to attach screenshots, so it would be great if they were downloaded (configurable of course, preferably with a maximum filesize to download) and could be displayed directly in Deskzilla!

Attachments are supported in 1.0 RC1.
We'll also creating a nice screenshot capture & quick edit tool that will be available in version 1.1.
