In the standard Bugzilla interface, it's very easy to set up "New Bug" templates by using the "Remember values as bookmarkable template".

Something like this is needed in Deskzilla as well, since it is very disturbing to always have to adjust all the fields from their defaults.

Templates are already in our plans. Raising the priority!

BTW, before the templates we were going to make Deskzilla remember the last entered values. It's like you always save new bug as a template.
