After two weeks of product improvements and bug-fixing, we are happy to announce Deskzilla Beta 3.

Attachments
The work on attachments has started - in Beta 3 users are able to see the list of attachments and jump to the webpage where an attachment could be actually downloaded. By the time Deskzilla 1.0 is released, we plan to have more extensive support for attachments - Deskzilla will be able to upload attachments, to download them and to show them to the user.

Fast EAP
From now on and until Deskzilla 1.0 is released, we plan to start exposing our nightly build results via EAP program. That means that EAP subscribers will be able to receive the most fresh (yet the most untested) version of the application that is about one day old - and maybe that contains a long-awaited feature or fix.

Plans
Our current plan is to clear the 1.0 bug-fixing backlog (this would most probably result in the release of Beta 4 somewhere around September 10), polish the product with a few of the most wanted features and with the delivery of 1.0 RC1 announce the feature freeze for Deskzilla 1.0.

We then probably will get a day or two of rest and then - onward to the Deskzilla 1.1. By the way, if you'd like your bug-tracking dream feature to appear in Deskzilla 1.1, tell us about it! We love to make the dreams of our customers come true.
