Is it possible to use deskzilla with an exisiting 3rd party bug tracking tool.
Some places have web based bug tracking tool.

This should be very low-priority, but it would be nice if the OpenACS bugtracker would be supported in the future:

Thanks for the idea. We'd like to support as many bug trackers as possible. That's why we'll create an open API that would allow anyone to integrate Deskzilla with one's bug tracker of choice.

Mantis is a php/MySQL/web based bugtracking system. It has a nice clean interface and seems to be fairly popular.
