Do you have any plans to support the Bugzilla voting system?

Thanks,
Alan

Clarifying my own post, I have been using votes not only as a way to show interest in certain bugs, but also as an easy way to "bookmark" or "subscribe" to bugs that I want keep track of.

I love this new software, but currently it seems that I cannot access my list of votes, nor can I add to them. Is there any other way to keep track of specific bugs in Deskzilla other than creating a bunch of queries?

Thanks,
Alan

Alan,

Thanks for the detailed description of your use cases! Deskzilla 1.0 may not have all functionality that you need. But we have plans for the nearest future versions, which include:

1. Votes themselves, as on the Bugzilla page.
2. "Bug sets" - arbitrary collections of bugs that the user controls, like Favorites folder in a browser. (These sets are not reflected on Bugzilla server.)
3. Global searchable history of changes - a list of changes where you can view what's been modified, and when, and jump to the changed bugs.

These features, once implemented, may provide you with even better mechanism for keeping track of bug changes.

Best regards,
Igor
