Thank you for the question. Yes, we do have plans to integrate with other web-based trackers. What's more, we have plans to open API that would allow anyone to write integration modules to support any kind of tracker.

I assume that "RT" you are talking about is the "Best Practical Request Tracker", right? (http://www.bestpractical.com/rt/)

This tracker was not on our list of future integrations thus far. If there is a lot of interest such integration, we will think about it. If not, you can wait until we release the API for integration and the integration module then could be created by you or by the interested community.
