hello

1.) I run the Deskzilla 1.6 with the Bugzilla 2.xxx that is running on a VM, that works fine

2.) We make a installation of Bugzilla 3.2 with MySQL, Apache, Mailserver..... on a Windows 2003 Server

3.) We port the database from the old VM-Bugzilla to the new Bugzilla Database

4.) Test with the Firefox, Bugzilla is working fine and the Database is ported successful and can be changed as usual

5.) Then we connect Deskzilla to the new Bugzilla repository, synchronize.... but there is no way to make the tracks visible.
if we add a Item,
- Products will be listed as before (ok)
- Components and Versions are mixed up with the one of other Products (was not as described in point 1)
- the new Item get's the Id 50, but the previews 49 Items are not visible

any help ?

Thank you for posting this problem. Deskzilla 1.6 is not fully compatible with Bugzilla 3.2, I'm sorry to say. Please stand by for update, which should appear soon after the holidays. Sorry about these problems!
