Hi, and thanks for the detailed feedback!

Printing. Already mentioned elsewhere -- an export to HTML would do for now but an export to Excel or CSV could be better -- allows more control prior to printing.
We'll see what can be done in a way of exporting directly to Excel. We shall implement export to HTML, XML and CSV.

We are somehow limited by the scope of information that could be extracted from Bugzilla via its public interface (i.e. HTML pages). For example, there's no way to get the full list of users (unless a specific option is set). Likewise, I think that it's impossible to tell (beforehand) that the user is disabled. Same thing with products.
There are two ways of dealing with that problem:
1. We can create a server-side script that will have to be deployed and that will tell us the missing information. Drawbacks: possible security holes in addition to Bugzilla's, increased deployment time.
2. We can allow the user to set the possible values for dropdown controls. Drawbacks: the user has to do extra setup work.

We have a plan to support sorting by multiple columns (
http://bugs.deskzilla.com/show_bug.cgi?id=141 ), though it is not likely to appear in the version 1.1.

When does \"1.1\" come out? We'll probably buy 1.0 anyway. :-)
You are welcome
We plan to have the 1.1 release in November or December, roughly. Due to a lot of feedback we cannot yet come out with a more precise date.
Best regards,
Igor
