The printing may not be ready soon - though we'll have the option to export query result or bug page "as html" and then you could print that from your browser.

It's now possible to print bugs table from a browser, after you have exported it to HTML. Although direct printing is much better, it is not going to be available very soon - so we have to use this workaround.

This would be realy useful and is the only thing preventing my boss from buying the application. Would be good if you could give some indication on when!

The problem with the export function is that you can not export the description so there is no way to print a list of bugs and know what they are.

There doesn't appear to be any way to print bugs from Deskzilla, unless I'm missing something. Am I missing something, and if not, are there any plans to add printing to a future (hopefully early) release?

Right now you can only export your query results to PDF and then print PDF from Adobe Reader. Full-blown printing is postponed until 2.0, sorry.
