Wondering if there is any way to search for non-null fields in deskzilla. I need to find any bugs that have anything entered in a custom field (free-text).

I've tried using a regex expression, didn't get any results.

Thanks!

No direct way to do that in the current version, sorry. You can try NOT (condition), where condition would be to search for something you might expect in that field at all times.

I have filed these feature requests - please vote:

Voted for both, thanks.

The NOT condition won't work for me...95% of the time the field is blank, I'm trying to find the ones where it isn't. I'm going to just do a search for all open and sort them by that column. I have another field that I'll set if this field is filled in at all. Then I can find them in the future.

Can I bulk edit a custom field by copying these results into a custom field query?

Yes, if that field is of "MultiSelect" or "DropDown" type.
