As an Interaction Designer, I've come up with a round number of 10 UI improvements. I hope they help.

1. In Customize for headers add more fields especially 'Product'.
2. When editing a bug, have the comments history at the bottom.
3. Search within search results.
4. When clicking remove, allow the Y key to confirm. (Minor, I know)
5. Change Font/Size
6. +- for CC line is awkward. Easier to just type in names.
7. When changing status to Fixed automatically select Resolved.
8. In drop down boxes, have a richer UI more like MS Office font selection. In other words, if I type 'Jo' it would automatically select 'John Smith'
9. Attachments in the Edit Window. Drag/Drop & Cut/paste like email attachments.
10. On Edit Bug, put the bug number in the title. This will make it show up inthe Start menu on Windows.

BTW, regarding (1), you can add "Product" column in the Customize Table dialog.

Regarding (6) - how would you remove a CC item? We need "-" button anyway, right?

(7) - we are going to implement "Workflow Actions" that will optimize the user's clickwork when resolving a bug. By the way, you can set a bug to "Fixed" and "Closed" (not necessarily "Resolved"). Deskzilla will make all necessary workflow steps to put the bug into the requested state.
