In some cases fields like QA contact, OS, HW might not be needed and only make the windows cluttered. It would be nice to be able to disable (and always use the default values) for specified fields. This could be a setting in a connection.

In addition (or alternatively) it would be neater to group the fields a bit better into sections that could be "minimized" like the description & comments appear in the main view.

Like in the other topic, I can only say we're planning to remake forms and make them much better. Please vote for http://jira.almworks.com/browse/PLO-278

This is weird and confusing because I was just about to write to say I can't use Deskzilla because the QA contact is missing. My bugs don't show the QA contact field at all. Why is this?

HELP!

Hello Jon,

Is QA Contact field enabled in your Bugzilla? Please open any bug's page (.../show_bug.cgi?id=NNN) and see if you spot QA contact field there. This is how Deskzilla learns whether QA contact is enabled. And if it's not enabled, it removes it from all forms.

Kind regards,
Igor
