I'm entering a lot of new bugs today, it's all the same component, milestone, versions etc.
Every time I open a new bug these things are reset to some kind of standard value (maybe it comes from bugzilla).
Is there any way that I can get Deskzilla to keep those changes from bug to bug or is there some kind of template that can be used?

Thanks for your post! Deskzilla takes defaults from Bugzilla. We have a feature request to implement new bug templates (please sign up and vote for http://jira.almworks.com/browse/DZO-603 ).

The workaround might be the following: create a query that you'd like your new bugs to satisfy to (component = X and milestone = Y ...), and after you have created new bugs, you can grab them and drag-and-drop over query - changing their values accordingly. And likewise you can use distributions to quickly assign bugs to, say, components.
