It'd be nice to color code by Priority, Severity or Component when looking at custom queries or "All Open" / "All Closed" queries.

Have not figured out how to vote for this feature, so I will just add my vote in the form of this reply, though I would not limit the feature to "All Open / All Closed" queries. Combine the color coding with the nested sorts (ie: multiple columns) and it would be very helpful.
