hey is there a way of updating deskzilla with new status options that we have added?

Hi Jason,

You need to reload new configuration changes with File | Synchronize (in the upcoming 2.1 beta, it will be Connection | Reload Configuration from Server).

This happens automatically once in 12 hours.
