In our environment, we have lots of users that get assigned tickets (almost 100 users), It appears that we can't remove old users, however, If a user doesn't have any tickets assigned to him/her, I don't want to see him/her it the list...see below for example.

Current Way

-Open Calls
- John Smith (2)
- John Doe (0)
- John John (1)
- John Mary (0)
- etc....

Would Like to see instead:

-Open Calls
- John Smith (2)
- John John (1)
- etc....

How I was able to get my Idea across...
Igor Sereda
Hello,

Thanks for the idea! We are working on something that is quite like what you suggest. Namely, we'll have a switchable filter on the Navigation Tree which will allow you to filter away all nodes that have (0) counter.

This feature is very likely to appear in Deskzilla 1.1, planned for December.

Best regards,
Igor

Is this feature already in the 1.1 Beta?

What I see here is that users with (0) bugs are greyed out, but they are still displayed.

Also, I thought I could select which users are displayed by selecting and de-selecting users when I first set up the Distribution, but this didn't change anything. Either I misunderstood something, or this GUI is misleading...?

Cheers
Bernd

This feature appears somewhat crippled in 1.1 Beta, but it will be ok in the release candidate (next week).

In Beta, you can turn on "empty queries hiding" by pressing Alt+Click (or Meta+Click) on any node. Use with care, because since Beta we've already fixed a couple of bugs in regards with this feature.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for letting us know.
Best regards,
Igor

This feature should now be fully working in Deskzilla 1.1.
